Introduction
Screenixx (“Screenixx,” “we,” “us” or “our”) operates a streaming platform that allows independent filmmakers to showcase their work and viewers to experience them on demand. This Privacy Policy explains the types of personal information we collect from visitors and subscribers on screenixx.com and related services (collectively, the “Services”), how we use and share that information, and the rights you have over your data. It is designed to meet the requirements of the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act and California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), and similar U.S. state privacy laws, as well as to reflect emerging best practices for 2025. It does not apply to separate initiatives such as the Screenixx First Frames 100 program; those initiatives have their own privacy notices.
We value transparency. This document tells you what data we collect and why, how long we keep it, how you can control your information, and what we’re doing to protect it. If you have questions, we encourage you to contact our Privacy Team using the details below.
